[Camera feed comes in at rather awkward moments sometimes. In this case, it's while Nabooru's in the midst of stifling a yawn.

She slouches over and stares at her camera, seemingly unamused - or something like it.]

Hello kids, cranky old men, potential dancers, and cohorts.

Are you all having a good time? I had a blind date with that Edward guy, and he doesn't seem so bad. He was pretty nice actually. How many of you got stuck with people you hated?

[She pauses to cover her mouth with her right hand and a few moments later withdraws it.]

Hold that thought.
Any of you know of good sleep remedies?

[If anyone says 'a good lay' or its equivalent, she's going to punch them in the face.]

Eat a lot! Then find somewhere warm and dark and quiet to curl up. I recommend Turkey and warm milk and maybe some oatmeal cookies as bed time snacks.

I've never tried tomatoes to go to sleep! Sandwiches though, I've eaten plenty before bed. Warm pastrami sandwhich on rye with pepperjack cheese and pickles before curling up for the night? Ummmmm YES PLEASE.

Ah actually had a lotta fun with mine! It ended up being mah best bud Sonny so we jus' chilled, ate an' just had fun.

Uh... for sleep I usually end my day by taking a small jog and then reading up if anything's happening in my region I should probably be aware of!

I usually drink tea or warm milk when I can't go to sleep. It tends to work pretty well.

It seems like everyone else has already said what I was going to suggest. Warm milk, tea, reading...

Sometimes I take a page from Poo and try to meditate. Nothing special. Just staying quiet, controlling my breathing, trying to relax - those sorts of things.

Well, I'm used to sleeping in L.A., which is so noisy, so I've found a couple ways to fall asleep.

I don't do this often, but maybe try wearing a sleeping mask and earplugs? Usually, though, reading or listening to soft classical music will help me fall asleep.

Oh goodness, I had that same problem the other day. What I ended up doing was going outside and taking a walk around. If anything, it helped me clear my mind and get to sleep faster. Perhaps that could work for you too?
