[Phoenix is confused now. Well, maybe whatever country this lady comes from doesn't have Tylenol.]

It's a pain relief medication. The Tylenol PM has Benadryl in it, which puts you to sleep. If you fall asleep using that as an aid, you usually don't have dreams. But I'd only recommend it if you really can't sleep! I can't sanction using it every day.

[Well it is true. Mixing Tylenol PM and alcohol wouldn't be the best of ideas. But yes, Phoenix is also dramatic.]
