Hey, gang. You probably already saw Goombella's thing about her leavin'. Sorry to say, but I'm goin' too.

Her Professor is sending a team to an Archaeological dig out in some place called Skyrim. So, there's plenty of treasure for me to hunt. Also? Dragons keep attacking towns in the area we're going to be researching. Like... huge dragons. REALLY huge Dragons. So, I'm going to go and fight them! Y'know. Keep the villagers safe and stuff.

[If you think you can hear barely contained excitement in his voice, you aren't dreaming.]

Anyhow, I'm gonna be around campus fixing up my affairs and stuff, and also packing at the apartment getting ready to move. So... uh. Heh. I suck at goodbyes but there's a bunch'a folks I need to say 'em to.

There were a few things Knuckles absolutely had to make sure that he left some time for. He was going to spend at least some time at the school saying goodbye to folks. Even though he was terrible at saying goodbye to folks.

One of those folks was Max.

Knuckles walked into the weight room, like he had done literally thousands of times before. He hadn't packed his gym bag yet and it got dropped where his gym bag was always dropped.

"Hey, buddy!" he said, giving the blue haired man a wave. "How you doin'?"

Considering he'd just gotten back from his Honeymoon, he hadn't seen Max in a good like 3 weeks or so.

Hey, I'm sorry, bud. But you know I couldn't let Goombella go out there with just a bunch of Archaeologists to back her up if a dragon attacks the dig site. Plus, I'm always up for helping folks and considering these dragons are big enough to destroy whole towns? Sounds like they need a guy like me over there.

I'll make sure to send you some gifts - apparently they have some wicked awesome enchanted bows and arrows in that land!

....hopefully I can send that kinda stuff through the mail.
