Hey, gang. You probably already saw Goombella's thing about her leavin'. Sorry to say, but I'm goin' too.

Her Professor is sending a team to an Archaeological dig out in some place called Skyrim. So, there's plenty of treasure for me to hunt. Also? Dragons keep attacking towns in the area we're going to be researching. Like... huge dragons. REALLY huge Dragons. So, I'm going to go and fight them! Y'know. Keep the villagers safe and stuff.

[If you think you can hear barely contained excitement in his voice, you aren't dreaming.]

Anyhow, I'm gonna be around campus fixing up my affairs and stuff, and also packing at the apartment getting ready to move. So... uh. Heh. I suck at goodbyes but there's a bunch'a folks I need to say 'em to.

Look, I'm gonna make sure to tell a couple really good, tough guys about what you were up to last time just in case they missed time and space gettin' shredded around them somehow. I mean, it WAS pretty early in the morning. So, don't worry. You're gonna face plenty of opposition even without me around, alright?

You remind me of her. The Sinnoh champion, Cynthia. She spoke grandly about standing in my way, and ultimately she failed. I continue, and will ultimately succeed. You may delay me any number of times, yet I need triumph only once.

Cynthia? Didn't know you two were aquainted. I almost sorta kinda dated her Roselia for a while. Sounded like a nice lady. No wonder she takes exception to you.

I'll keep it in mind. Just remember, my one time ally, there are plenty of folks out there who might decide to step up in my place. And not all of 'em will be as nice about it as I was. I at least stopped short of killin' you... but there are people here who have no problem with innocent blood on their hands let alone blood like yours. You were lucky you went up against me. You might not be, next time.
