Hey, gang. You probably already saw Goombella's thing about her leavin'. Sorry to say, but I'm goin' too.

Her Professor is sending a team to an Archaeological dig out in some place called Skyrim. So, there's plenty of treasure for me to hunt. Also? Dragons keep attacking towns in the area we're going to be researching. Like... huge dragons. REALLY huge Dragons. So, I'm going to go and fight them! Y'know. Keep the villagers safe and stuff.

[If you think you can hear barely contained excitement in his voice, you aren't dreaming.]

Anyhow, I'm gonna be around campus fixing up my affairs and stuff, and also packing at the apartment getting ready to move. So... uh. Heh. I suck at goodbyes but there's a bunch'a folks I need to say 'em to.

[Mac was a little listless, once he saw the post he just came right over. In a way, he couldn't believe this was happening. On the other hand, Mac was really proud of him because life was moving forward and he was given a huge opportunity. For that, he kept on a grin.]

[That was said in a soft tone as he went to take a seat. Knuckles really was leaving, wasn't he? In a way, Mac felt like he just got just a little smaller. Like the reality of the situation was really kicking in.

Mac sat down and began to tap his hands on his knees. When Knuckles asked him about milk, he looked back to him from his seat.]

Oh uh! Yeah! Almond milk's great!

[Mac never had almond milk.]

Sorry I didn't have any more warning. It's not like I WANTED to show up right after the honeymoon just to leave again. I wish I coulda wrangled some extra time or whatever. But Goombella's been given a schedule to work to so... y'know.
