[Voile has probably never looked so 'deadpan' when addressing the network, but in all honesty, it hasn't been the easiest time. In spite of raining donuts, which she went out of her way to avoid to the best of her ability.]

I have two things to bring up, which I'd meant to sooner, however wasn't sure when would be the right time.

I would like to host a contest for the end of this year, consisting of winter fashions, much the way the first contest was held. Based on various strengths of the competitors and featuring prizes this time around that will be more appropriate than some of what was offered previously.

For this, I'd like to enlist the assistance of one tall and somewhat muscular person, and one smaller, petite frame for some tailoring and advertisement purposes.

I'm also curious to know if there's anyone who continues to be interested in occasional Host Club gatherings. If so, I'd like to be responsible for those if no one has any objections.

[Unlike Voile, Watt took this wonderful donut rain very well (seeing as how her partner sibs told her all about it when it happened the first time, she was pretty ecstatic!). She still has a huge pile of donuts on her desk and is happily munching on one right now...and then swallows.]

To be honest, those times that you accidentally pricked me didn't hurt all that much! Um, I remember when I was going on an adventure with Mario we had to fight a lot of really spiny enemies and mean bees! Those hurt a lot more than accidentally being poked at with a needle!

[ The mention of fashion has piqued Francine's interest. Still, she isn't in high spirits thanks to the donut storm, so she isn't as excited for this announcement as she could be. She seems almost nervous now, having been on her guard for several days. ]

Now, would I be correct in assuming this is a contest just for those who are tailoring their own designs? I would prefer being a model, but I don't know if that would be considered competing.

The Host Club sounds quite delightful, karat. I don't think I would participate as a server, but I could lend my support in other areas if you need it.

The contests run are on feats of 'strength.' And by strength, I mean a trait. Physical strength, intelligence, beauty, cute, and so on. It's not purely fashion; it's for all walks of life.

[She pauses.]

You seem as though you'd be rather fitting for beauty, if that's not too pointed of me to say. If it's something you're interested in, you should take a look at the contest hall in the town. I posted some pictures from our first contest and joint Host Club gathering.

If you need help with anything, you know I wouldn't mind. Host Club too. The idea itself is a solid one... it doesn't have to fade out and leave a bad taste in everyone's mouth when we can just make it he way it should be.

The way the club flowed and felt was fine, but there's a good amount in the running that will have to get switched considering the financial state of it.

[Most of it had seemed very out-of-pocket, which only meant any number of things about where it was actually coming from. Bulba rubbed his neck and looked Voile in her video-eye. His own connections with Seth had somewhat waned once he had moved into the RA quarters, but he knew he and Voile had seemed to have been becoming close with the contests and things.]

Contests and host clubs...? I'm not familiar with either of these. Explain them to me.

Well, the contest was... just what a contest sounds like. A friendly competition in which all participants get prizes and trophies. It's a way to boost self confidence, get together, have food, and be social. Probably not good for someone who doesn't like that sort of thing.

And the Host Club was something akin to it. Without the competition. Like a cafe with hosts and servers. Usually it followed a theme, depending on the time of the year. That's a little bit more of a relaxing atmosphere, in my opinion.

[Then she pauses.]

Lucca told me you'd left. You didn't really though, right?

I see. Are you participating, or are you only organizing them?

[Left...? He pauses as well, looking confused for a split second, but it passes quickly. Ah, she must have meant the real X.]

Of course not. I don't have anywhere else to go. She must have confused me with the other X. There were two of me here for a brief while.
