Yes, it was. I am one of the best soldiers in the world. It was only me, we were all accepted for our own individual abilities. My classmates... my friends, were of all sorts of skills. Idols, Swimmers, Fighters, Doujin Artists, as long as you were a genius in the field, you would be accepted.

[ talking about this is sorta kinda weird, a little. mukruo didn't really consider herself a genius, but it's clear she had some talent otherwise she wouldn't have been accepted. ]
