[There's nothing quite like being pushed along and having your shrieks be ignored.

'This will be your room,' they said.
'Classes aren't in session right now, but they will be in a few months,' they said.
'Take the time to enjoy the summer and get to know everyone first, they said.

But no one's explained what exactly is going on, where Lord Chrom is, or the other Shepherds. In fact, no one's really explained much of anything that truly makes sense.

She stares at her computer and the video feed, mostly clueless. She doesn't really know how to use anything she's looking at. Finally seating herself, she's still for many moments before her head suddenly turns and there's the audible sound of her chair rapidly scooting across the floor. A mess of limbs flies up and she introduces herself by way of a screech.]

EEK!
Stay back! I'll—I—I have a sword and I know how to use it!

[It could be a bug. A pikmin. It could be nothing at all. The world may never know.]

[Olivia quiets with a slow nod. All of that makes sense. She can't even begin to imagine what it must be like.]

Mm... That sounds hard. I'm sorry. Do... you want me to try talking to him for you?

If you... want to, I guess? I mean, I'm not gonna stop you from talking to him.

You just sounded so nervous to talk to him. Honestly, I don't really... ah. I don't know him. I mean, I guess I do? Okay. What I really mean is that he knows me.

[Or so Henry says.]

He made it sound like we were close, so I'm sure I could talk to him for you. Just, you know, to make him a little more sensitive to fatherhood. Children should be able to have their parents. N-not that you're a child...

O... kay then??

[Yarne's not entirely sure what she's saying, but he's going to assume it has to do with more weird time stuff.]

I really don't wanna like, force him into it or anything! He hasn't decided to start a family yet, and... I don't want him to end up hating me or something.

That's what I'm talking about. You're afraid of him hating you and you will never be able to accomplish what you mean to if you keep being afraid. I'm sure if you explain the situation to him, that he'll find a way to help you.

[She taps at her chin with some thought.]

I... know we haven't really met before now, but since I was with Lord Chrom, I might be able to find a way to help you as well. I mean, I could try.

[But maybe she should introduce herself first.]

Yeah... I know.

[He sighs deeply, leaning down and resting his head in his hands. That comment about being unable to do anything because he's too afraid hit him a lot harder than she probably meant it to.]

If you want to help, that's fine. With all the crazy stuff going on here, I could use all the help I could get.

[He makes it obvious that it probably wasn't the right thing for her to say. What does one really say after learning something so heavy? Just because it's true doesn't mean she needs to be the one saying it.]

O-oh! I'm so sorry. I shouldn't have said anything. I didn't mean to upset you.

[What follows is her muttering a string of 'I'm so stupid' comments that are better not aired out so blatantly.]

[Yarne's doing about the same thing, only his mutterings are more about how much of a worthless coward he is.]

...Don't worry about it. It's not like you did anything wrong. Just, enjoy talking to my Dad, I guess?

My name's Yarne, by the way. Don't think I mentioned that.

[Sadly amusing how similar Yarne and Olivia are. No one's getting self-esteem help in this conversation.

She tries not to look too downcast and she cradles her chin in the palm of her hand.]

Yarne... I'm Olivia. I was a dancer for the Shepherds. W-well, not for them. But I helped them.
