[ The video starts, revealing Chili in his dorm room, only he does not look entirely like himself. His hand recoils from the touchpad on his laptop; the fan of his computer is loud enough for it to be heard whirring as background noise to the video. It is so hot in that dorm room. So hot that it can even be seen. That's probably because the boy right there is kind of on fire. ]

Hey! Okay, I can't be on here for very long, but does anyone know what's going on?! I mean to everyone, really, but... Also, does anyone know what's going on with me?! I can't figure out what I'm turning into!

[ Chili pants a little with a sheepish smile, showing off some sharp teeth. He knocks that off right away because wow, he is not a dog, he is a human. R..ight. Definitely not turning into anything that is a dog. ]

Can I make this go away? I can't touch my laptop for more than necessary because even touching it melts the plastic. I feel like every part of me is on fire and it hurts so bad, I don't know what's going on! I just want to go back to normal! Even Pansear can't stand being around me for too long.

[ Upon hearing his name, Pansear hops up onto the desk and sits next to the camera and waits to help Chili click buttons or whatever he needs. ] And I have the worst headache in the world, nngh... Okay, well that's all. I'll try to reply on my phone when I get out of here. ...Without melting it.

[Wait, what?]

[ And from a completely different environment, Chili is sitting in front of a smaller webcam - probably that phone he was talking about. It appears to be propped up against something. ]

What? Demons? What the hell do you think I am?! No, I haven't seen any demons!

[The feed opens, and there's a guy with a fairy on his shoulder looking at him deadpan before he writes something down on the keyboard.]

Well now u have.

That's a little fairy girl. Not a demon.

[ Well, that's what he thinks. ]

[The little fairy girl takes offense to that.]

Hey! You want to say that when I'm closer to you? I'll fry you up good!

[Siiiiigh...]

She's a demon from the fairy demon clan. Her name is Pixie.

[Then he points to himself.]

And I'm half demon.

[ Chili growls. Not much different from the snarl of a dog, either. So much for not being a dog... ]

Well, how the heck is this going to help me?! Are you trying to tell me that I'm gonna become a half demon? Because I don't want to!

[Well at least it seems to have attracted a dog-like creature as it peeks from the sound. Doesn't look too happy either.]

I got turned into a half-demon but unless u had some1 give u power, then probably not. just wanted 2 know if that was the case.

I don't know how I got it, and I just want it to go away! I want to be a human again, not whatever this is!

[ His companion, Pansear, plops down next to Chili, fanning himself with his hand and looking exhausted. Even a Fire-type can't handle being next to his own trainer for too long anymore... But he's trying. ]

[Be human again...funny now that he thinks about it, he wonders if he'd be able to go back being fully human himself.]

If we can find the source maybe we can stop it.

The source...? Do you have any ideas?! I want to stop this before it gets any worse! If it gets any worse, I might... explode or something! Nobody can handle being near me because it's so unbearably hot, and it really, really hurts right now! I don't know how much longer I can take this...

[ Speaking of not being able to handle being around him, Pansear stands dizzily and begins to walk away from Chili, his arms drooping lazily at his sides. He needed to get away from this extra and sorely unneeded heat source. ]

Well if u haven't seen any old men with a young caretaker or a young blond kid with an old caretaker, than that rules out how I ended up being like this.

[And at that second part of the video..he holds out a hand, and it lights up on fire, typing with his other.]

I can stand close to u no problem.

Ugh. No, I haven't! I already said: I didn't so anything that should have gotten me like this!

[ Upon watching his hand catch aflame, Chili stares at it. It was cool to see someone with a human form do that. Chili looks to his own elbows, which flickered and burned with a blinding cherry-red flame. One that he couldn't make go away. ]

You know, my name's Chili. I'm a Fire-type Pokémon specialist! It's second nature for me to go head-to-head with fire, and that's hot as hell! But this... Pansear can't even go around me, and he's a Fire-type. I burned my brother's hair off just by standing three meters away from him, and that was yesterday! It wasn't even that hot yesterday! In comparison, anyway.

[ Granted, what he didn't know was that Cress was turning into a Tangrowth, which also contributed to the problem. ] Now, I just have no idea what's going on with me, and I want it to stop.

[ Those ears of his that stood tall throughout their entire conversation drooped ever so slightly, marking the first time they moved like that of a dog's. ]

It could b a curse then.

What's a pokemon?

[ The feed begins to mess up. Chili backs away from it, and it flickers off.

Not much later, a text reply follows. ]

sorry. a pokemon is like a pansear and there are many kinds of pokemon. i specialize inm fire type. my brothers are water and grass type. there aer lots though. of types. and many pokemon out there. pokemon evolve into other pokemon. there is a lot more bout pokemon but i am yelling too pansear too type this message because the heat was breaking my phone. so i'm staying away from my phone and letting him type.

how do i make curse go away//;/;?

evolution...some of the demons could do that are there are a lot of types too...i could even fuse some together to make a new one.

...i dunno. my curse was done to help me survive the harsh vortex world. but i think if we can find who did it, we may be able to reverse it

who would have cursed me ? why would they want to do that ?i don't get that. what if nobody gave me the curse. what if the curse just happened?

well. i didn't see anyone who did that. so it had too be not a person. because i can't think of anybody who curses people in this school like this. but curses happen sometimes here. i don't know how but they doo.

Curses happen here? Sometimes I get sick due 2 the magatama but that is all.

i don't knowhat any of that is, magatama and daisoujuo. if it gives any prespective i am from unova and i don't know about those stuff. even demons. we have no demons in unova. you're going too have ta explain that stuff. i don't know what it means.

I don't like to talk much about it. My world was destroyed, I fixed it. Demons sound a lot like pokemon. I have my own strength and weaknesses too. Anyway let's concentrate on your own problem.

so curses happen here sometimes. they happen to a lot of people. stupid stuff like this mostly stupider. how do i reverse a curse? why wont that thing you mentioned work on me? i don't know what it does but i want this gone..

I can only reserve certain effects like confusion or poison. Idk if it would work on something like this.

i don't know how long they last. i don't remember. but when i think of it they are all temporary so that mean that this will go away some time on its own? maybe.

let's assume it will and figure out the cause meanwhile. If we find that, we may be able to reverse it faster.

that would be nice. i'm sick of not being able to touch anything without it melting or breaking. this hurts.

[ Chili can't help being doge. So he growls. But then he knocks that shit out right away because he is still a human, he must remind himself this. ]
