That name meant a lot to Mukuro. She always felt bad that the technology to control Monobear came from Chihiro's work, and she felt indebted to him even more when between him and Kirigiri, they established her innocence. It took Mukuro a moment to compose herself because even of the chances of Chihiro being from her timeline... well, that was low.]

[Welcome to your new dorm room? Who did you get last time, cause it doesn't matter right now. There's a guy, looking like he has a shark fin stuck to his neck and glowing green tattoos all over his body sleeping on what looks like a cross between a large dog and a lion.

The creature hasn't noticed you, but its nose is twitching and sniffing at the air.]

[Huh, Ishimaru already knows what happened at home now, either his memories returned or maybe there's more of them at Smash now...!]

It's kinda weird, but when I went home at first, everything seemed okay as if nothing ever happened.

I eavesdropped by accident when I was at work but it turns out some parts of Japan is still being rebuild and no officials wants 'The Most Despair Inducing Event' leaked outside...

[Yet somehow this actually contradicted his memories between Hope's Peak and Smash Academy, everything during that time felt real and everything felt safe... Then during a trip back for urgent business, the atmosphere was somehow something he'd imagine from fiction after a great destruction that left survivors; despair but still clinging to a bit of hope. Life had gone really strange for the past two or three years...]

[Wait what is that... Is it a Pokemon or some sort of robot, or...? While by now Chihiro had seen quite a few Pokemon -heck, some were students- this is the first time the hacker had seen this creature.

Chihiro made sure there was some distance as he sneak glances at the creature and his roommate, he likes animals sure but that doesn't mean that animals would guarantee like him. When it -he or she?- started sniffing the air as he making another glance, the small boy flinched and froze from his seat.]

[... Oh.

When a letter arrived addressed, he was rather hesitant to open it thanks to doubt. But then his computer notified him that 'Enoshima, Junko' replied to his post, everything came to a halt. Enoshima Junko....

He remembered her, how could forget now that he regain his memories? Everyone in the 78th class of Hope's Peak were friends before everything went down. Heck, even before, he still remembered Enoshima's death from the Gungnir Spears.

All these thoughts swarm through his head that he nearly forgotten the letter. It was only until he realized he was unconsciously clenching his hand that he noticed it was already in his hand, only then he finally opened the letter. As he carefully read through the contents, there were questions answered however it left with doubt and other questions.

How did this Ikusaba come from an alternate time? But then, a voice from the back of his head reminded him that he was technically back from the dead and that Japan was less on the verge of destruction, somehow.

Chihiro tried to compose himself as he trembled and carefully typed out a reply.]

Hi, it's nice to see you again, Ikusaba.

[~~Wow awkward.~~ Can he really trust her though? He feels bad that he doubt his former classmate so much but...]

[Naegi had only shown up to break the news about a month after Chihiro had left... That's weird, though - if parts of society were restored enough for everything to seem normal when he went back, then why can't Kiyotaka so much as make a successful phone call home? It's driving him crazy.

I couldn't get anything much aside from the officials shutting it down after the incident...

[Well. He did actually found discussions regarding the death of Hope's Peak students in some message boards- but no names dropped whatsoever. Perhaps what really irked Chihiro is how people around him acted as if he had survived the whole ordeal, whereas how he recalled the past event different.]

[Why him, why Chihiro. That creature looked like it could bite off the hacker's head without breaking a sweat.

Maybe it'd be better to wake up his roommate...? Though it seems rude to wake him up- but that beast is growling at him, maybe thinking of him as food or something bothersome.]
