[Once the recording begins, Chili waves. He appears to be sitting at a desk in his dorm room.]

Hey! I completely forgot about introductions on this network thing; this school's a busy place, I'll give it that! If we haven't already met, my name's Chili! I'm the blazing hot Fire-type gym leader of Striaton City, but I'm here because even I could learn a thing or two from a wacky school like this!

Now that that's out of the way, I have a question. [His expression becomes more serious. He motions to the paneled layout of the room, and to those circular doorways and whatnot. He doesn't appear pleased.] Is this get-up permanent? This interior design scheme, I mean! It looked fine before, why did it have to be changed in this way? Now it's just creepy. Who thought this was a good idea, anyway?! [He huffs.]

I just thought this would be the place to ask, since I have no clue who else to go to! I really hope it'll be changed back!

[Eheheuhu he recognized her! Blue's all smiles about that. BUT RIGHT. WEIRD DECOR. Her smile falls into a more thoughtful face.]

Mm, try me. I can't doubt this place's potential for weird shenanigans to happen! So you've been to a place like this before...? Probably not because you wanted to, huh?

[Chili shakes his head.] No way! In fact, I just woke up and found myself in a laboratory: it had panels just like this, and we had to use these guns and those boots they offered when we first got here. Cress and I found ourselves in that place just over a month ago, and it wasn't something I want to relive...! [haha get it]

[Chili lifts up the Aperture Science Handheld Portal Device to demonstrate.] For example, I know all about this thing! I don't remember what it's supposed to be called, but I had to learn how to use it once. When we came back to the school and they had these portal guns available, I wanted nothing to do with them! Now that I've thought about it, I grabbed one. Just in case! So then, Blue, do you know what I'm talking about? Did you have to do anything like that?!

[She's frowning and considering this carefully.] Anything like that? No... About a month ago was when I first showed up, and even though I didn't have to do any of that, I did find myself somewhere I shouldn't have been. I was in a time warp back in Kanto...?? It was weird!

That doesn't help here though. What exactly are these things for then?

[He nods thoughtfully.] A time warp sounds about right. I had to experience other people's memories, and that's how I got to that place I was describing! It looks the same as this place does now, in design - it even had those buttons that are around the school now!

This gun makes two portals that connect, and they work on these panels the school has now! [He fiddles with the gun idly as he talks.] It's kind of neat, really, [He grins for a second, but breaks it because THIS IS SERIOUS AND HE'S NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT] but I think it might carry serious consequences! Not the device on its own, but the layout change paired with this stuff! This is exactly like that laboratory I was talking about. It was really dangerous: this crazy robot named Wheatley made Cress and I go into this room where we were supposed to try and complete a puzzle, but there were... ... [He swallows, looking incredibly upset.]

R-Right, back on topic: these things! When you shoot one portal in one area and then another across the room, you can walk through the portal and go through! We were supposed to use them to solve tests in weird chambers, like test subjects.

[Portals DID sound pretty neat, but Blue didn't let herself get excited about that. It was obvious that something rough had gone down with whatever it was Chili had been through. Blue leaned back in her chair, humming as she thought. She spun around for a moment to stare at the new decor, and then she was looking back at Chili.]

So if the school looks a lot like that place now, and we've got all the same equipment... Do you think something similar is going to end up happening with everyone? A bunch of tests or something?

Maybe! If they're anything like what we had to go through, they can be fatal! At first, you're tricked into believing that the tests are nothing, but they catch you off guard when you least expect it! I don't understand the reason for the tests. Wheatley never told us. I just thought he'd let us go back to Smash Academy after we were done!

I just have a bad feeling about this...!
