So, in my time here, I've been doing a lot to increase my physical strength and fighting abilities. I realized just how far I had left to go to achieve my full potential! And now, I found a great new way to work out that will help me get way, way stronger. It's not only about lifting ridiculously heavy stuff but you have to do it FAST. And you get to run and do a bunch of other stuff too, all in the same training session and it's all timed. Sound hard? It is! And it's great!

It's called Crossfit.

Why aren't more people doing this? How come I'm only hearin' about it now? Feel like I'm behind the times, here.

Well..we all have different aspects of ourselves, right? Personalities and all of that. I might be kind and gentle to a friend, and more iron-faced to another, babe, but that's still me! And that's hat Persona are...aspects of yourself that become physical!

And that's nothing! You should see it in action! ...It guess in a way it's like a Pokemon but not quite.

You must be some kinda scary guy on the inside for that to be a part of you. I wouldn't even think Robotnik's inner.... thing would be as mean lookin' as that guy, there.

[Eggman, for all his awfulness, probably had a giant evil teddy bear living inside him. If. That's how Persona's worked. Telling Knuckles it worked like Pokémon didn't much help because he was still figuring THAT out as well.]

So, that guy likes to fight, but you don't....

Maybe. I don't know till I see it in action. It just looks... tough. Like it would be a good opponent. I need more of those. I need to get better.

I don't have just one...you don't have just one personality, right? But you can't really use Personas unless you meet Philemon [And he's a douche] and to do that you'd need to play the Persona game...

Persona game, huh? Is it a test of strength? Because I can do that.
