Arguing with me is not owning up to it, especially while further insulting me as you do so. You're just a boy who thinks of himself as a man. To be an adult means to take responsibility for your actions and to realize the fault behind them and not lay the blame on everyone but yourself.

[ He's hitting her Seifer buttons. It's a reason why she's hesitated to teach again. She has so many regrets, even now. ]

[You can practically see the steam rising from his ears. The video feed is SHAKING from his anger and his hands moving.]

Okay.

[The tone is so glacial that a student nearby takes one look at him and tears off running on the opposite end. The feed shuts off after that single word. Cat got his tongue?]

[A few minutes later he's in the detention hall. He's not too hard to spot with the hair, black nails, massive amount of jewelery and, well, the fact that he stands at 185cm in height. Any other student who is there is standing farther away from him.]

[ Quistis, on the other hand, could be mistaken for a student. Her age isn't entirely easy to pin; younger than twenty-five and certainly older than sixteen. She's on the taller side, shapely and in a coral get-up that shows a bit of her midriff. Her glasses are perched on her nose and she vaguely fidgets with them while walking with a purpose. Her boots echo through the halls as she nears. ]

Mr. Mishina. [ She says his name quietly, her voice a honeyed tenor. She holds out a paper cup with steam escaping from the plastic cover as she gestures for him to enter the room. ] Chamomile?

[And he had expected someone much older. Like a cranky old teacher lady, so for a few seconds he blinks in surprise. Well, as Philemon has said, we all wear masks. Man she could be close to Big Sis' age possibly...or Yukino's? Her appearance was like a cross between Yukki, Ginko and Maya now that he thought about it--gwah no that sounded terrible, he'll just forget he ever thought that.]

[His voice is low and gruff. Even if she is young, he's not a fan of her attitude...but she is offering tea. It's impolite to refuse a gift in Japan, so he takes it, as much as he wants to slam it to the ground refuse.]

[ She knew what to expect from the video and she doesn't really judge based on his appearance. Appearances meant nothing, they were just a shell that supported whatever was on the inside. Of course, it never hurt when that shell was something attractive, did it?]

[ She isn't a fan of his attitude, either. She waits for him to enter first and then sets her own cup down, circling the desk until she is on the opposite side, one palm pressed firmly against the surface. ]

It seems that you have calmed down. I can understand your perspective, but I would hope that you can also see from mine. If I do not assert authority, I will be walked all over -- particularly as a new teacher. For that matter, you insulted me. Repeatedly. While I should not have responded in kind -- and I apologize for that as it was very unprofessional -- you can hopefully understand why the only "correct" response would to be to serve you more hours.

[ She lifts the cup, pops the lid off and takes a sip, sighing as she removes the rim from her lips. ]
