She looks a little bit happier. And if she's not, then she's just putting the face on for everyone. In the background is cleared space, and pictures in the far corner. Lots of pictures, it'd seem. She's practising with her sword. Yes. In her room. She talks between executed maneuvers.]

I'd say that was a very successful class a couple weeks ago.
I'd also say that if that music starts up again, I don't care who's closest to me. They'll be getting one in the jaw and I hope it knocks out some teeth.

[There's a brief pause in her stance.]

So what's next, kids? Massive drinking parties? Consider me in if we have one.

There are lots of things people don't know about me. Sword fighting and dancing have some similarities. Both require you to be light on your feet.

It's fine. As long as you were all right, that's what really matters. As for drinking, it's best when it's not done in excess. But different people have different limits.

It was fun to a point. When I want to sleep, I want to sleep. And that wasn't the kind of music you could sleep through. If they'd turned it down, I wouldn't have minded so much.

There was some green bird made mention of an actual party with booze not long after we exchange students arrived. Not heard word of it since. I'd not be adverse to a drink or two.

Must say, it's nice to see a teacher encouraging alchoholic debauchery and violence in the same post. Makes a change.

That's not how I'd put it. I just want to have a good time. This academy is for teaching its students how to defend themselves, not necessarily how to wreck havoc.
