[008C] - Text/Video
[Caim's room is neat and orderly. He's not so much. He could probably use a hair cut, since he hasn't cut his hair once since his return.]
I feel I have put this off long enough.
I am searching for a man.
He must be strong, confident, quick of wit, intelligent, and ambitious.
[He clearly pauses, because he understands how this could be misconstrued.]
Not for me.
Yet, if you should know of just such a man with the mentioned traits, I should like to meet him and judge for myself.
[Wheet whoot. Someone's husband hunting. Not for himself.]

[video] OH OOPS...

[ Intuition's actually not necessarily one of his strong suits. But whenever something pops up like this, it always seems right to attribute it to his affinity. ]
Marriage sounds neat, but I don't even know who this girl is. Maybe I should get to know her first if I'm supposed to marry her?
[PERMATEXT BECAUSE THE LAST ONE WAS TEXT TOO FUUUUUUUUUCK]
[You are not marrying his sister. Get out, Henry. Just... get out.]
Again, I could hardly seeing you being fit for the task.
[video - IT OK, I UNDERSTOOD]
You don't think I'm fit for marriage?
Have you seen how many possible wives I have? Pff, all of them!Well, I guess I don't even know who we're talking about here, anyway. I don't even know if I've met her before.[ He looks down for a moment, his expression not changing even once. But then he looks back up at the screen. ] At least, do you think you'll let the man she's supposed to marry get to know her first? I think she'd like that, being able to grow fond of her future husband.

And yes. I should like it if she would be acquainted with the man she was to marry. I would have no interest in putting her into a betrothal against her will. It would be in my wishes that she developed sincere feelings for him.

Good luck with all that stuff, Instructor Caim. [ It seems he was never truly dead-set on marrying a girl he didn't know. Or was he? Who knows with him. ]

And I imagine I will be certain to keep you informed of how it goes.
[No, he won't.]

[ He didn't expect that to be part of the packaged deal, but here we are. And Caim wasn't even planning on honoring it or anything... ]
