[It is admittedly, the strangest situation Eirika has found herself in. And she has been in a few strange situations. She was intent on going along her way, but greater powers had other plans for her. It was how she found herself at the door to what was being referred to as a 'dormitory' and shortly after, shown inside and offered a key.

It's audio feed first by the one who's helped her in and shown her about. Video feed afterward, leaving Eirika on her own. Her expression paints her transparent. She's... confused, disoriented, and unsure exactly how this even managed to happen. She's just gone from a world of an unnecessary war to a...

Rapier still in hand, she moves to sheathe it and shows her back to the camera momentarily as she turns to investigate her shared room.]

I should have liked for them to be more hospitable, rather than rushed. Whoever this Miss Lyra may be, I hope she won't find this too much of an unpleasant surprise...

I think so? [Banjo shrugged.] I kinda wasn't paying attention to half of Jiggywiggy's explanation of these things. They're either magic or just random tat. I'm leaning towards the random tat angle.

They're either magic, or just big useless chunks of gold that look like puzzle pieces.

[Eirika taps at her chin as she eyes the puzzle piece... hunk of currency.]

I was unaware that this academy would accept gold for provisions.

Oh, the stores take all kinds of stuff. I came here with a couple of gold doubloons, and they're legal tender.

I was unaware they would be so accommodating. It would seem I won't find myself lacking in home comforts then. Provided that I needed it. You've been very helpful. I appreciate that a great deal. I hope to return the favour in my stay here.
