Dad went home again. Kinda sucks, but, I mean... I really miss Tazmily sometimes, too. I just wish he'd talk to me about these things sometime before he's packing. If he wants to go back, he can go back, I can take care of myself.
Y'know what, though? Last time I got all mopey and stupid and I'm not doing it! I'm gonna go and have fun and hang out with people and not even think about it!

I've really been neglecting this journal, haven't I? I suppose I haven't had much of interest to report. I'm glad that I got out to enjoy the masquerade the other day, however. It was much more enjoyable than spending the day inside with a book, as had been my previous plan. You all had so many lovely costumes, very impressive.

It's beginning to feel like winter. It still seems too early to be so cold, but I suppose we can't argue with the seasons. Not to much effect, in any case.
Oh, look at this. With nothing interesting to say, of course I default to the weather. Living the cliche.

I know we just finished one holiday, but there isn't long until the next one. I doubt many are thinking of plans for Thanksgiving yet, but it's worth asking. Is anyone thinking of that yet?
