Mother
I'm writing this to you as a human
Which is weird
If you thought our natural bodies were sort of weird and gangly it's nothing compared to this
Anyways now I'm eating something the guy in the place with the big glass containers called a sandwich
He asked me to give him something in return it but i don't have anything like that so i just took the sandwich and ran out of the store
He tried to chase me but he should have known better than to try and run as fast as one of our kind
I still haven't found Samus Aran but I think I'm getting close
Or I guess I don't really know but she has to be somewhere on this planet right
Unless she just dumped her gunship and got a new one or something but I don't think she would do that not the way you described her
When I meet Samus Aran I wonder what she will call me
I am proud to be what I am but my name is not as impressive as Samus Aran
My name is not as impressive as anything since I don't think I really have a name
Maybe I will try and come up with my own name
I will keep sifting through this footage I downloaded and I will write you when I find her
Your child

This is a lot easier with fingers, the Dachora in human guise thought to herself, as she sat in the scraps of what was left of the pod that took her to this planet. It had been a long journey, and the small, old craft was definitely done for when it came to transportation, but she needed a place to plug in. Said fingers flew across an alien keyboard. She had already been through the security tape footage of several large institutes nearby, including banks, bars, and most interestingly, schools. Though many of them had yielded nothing interesting, once she landed on Smash Academy, she began to notice a short, sullen looking blonde woman frequenting the footage. Something about her pinged in the Dachora's mind, she matched her mother's description of what Samus Aran looked like.
She couldn't be sure until the sudden flashing appearance of the familiar physiology of the Power Suit dashing across the screen during one of the schools (many) moments of crisis.
So was this the place she would have to stake out in order to find the woman she was here to find? Within the school's database, the woman was impossible to tap down. No billing address. She was good. She supposed the gunship, if she could track it down, would be a good place to start. And maybe, she thought while continuing to watch explosions and attacks flash across the footage screen, this school would be a good place to start looking for some adventure.
[Starting today, you will see a little green bird poking around the campus every once and a while. Sometimes, she has a scrap of bread in her mouth, but she never sticks around for long.]

Hello there. [ he speaks in a tender voice, dropping to his knees and fishing an oran berry out from his pocket. ] Are you hungry?

Here you are. I do hope you like it. I'd just picked it this morning.

I don't suppose you are able to communicate somehow? [ he can understand Pokemon, but not actual animals... ]

But this one didn't just walk off with its tail in the air (not that it had much of one...), and that made Maisy confident. It just seemed wary... and Maisy didn't want to scare it.Hm, how to make it feel safer? ]
Maaa.
[ Letting out a most non-threatening sound, Maisy sat herself down onto the ground, her front legs next to her face. She was bigger, and maybe that was scary, so trying to shrink herself seemed like a good idea. She only wanted to be friends! ] Ma?

But she was happy to see that she was being investigated, and she tried not to move for them to get as much as a look at her as they wanted. It let her get a good look at them back, the colour of their body and their shape. ]
Maareep. [ With the company closer, Maisy decided to say hello, or hoped that it would get across as a greeting. Or even just as something friendly. ]

UNTIL SUDDENLY SHE WAS GONE.
Er. Well. No. She was hiding behind that bush, but it wasn't very effective when the foliage was mostly missing....]

Hee hee hee.
[GIGGLED INTO YOUR BRAIN as she poked her head around the branches.]

However, she'd work so hard to make things easier and more convenient on herself that she'd eventually reach a point of singularity where there was nothing much left for her to do. Leave it to Samus to find something to fill her time with, however--even if it were as simple as hunting and gathering.
She had just finished picking up a myriad of food from one of the local markets in FDC and very precariously strapped the bags on her bike, and was hovering back through the woods. It was dark, she was (of course) going fast, and it was a little too late before she noticed the flash of green feathers darting in front of her...]

barrel rollbarrel roll right up and over the bird, just barely grazing its head, and then something of a somersault once it inevitably hit a tree. Samus was quickly dislodged and hit the ground rolling, also not unlike a ragdoll. There's a heavy thud and a crack as her momentum is also stopped by a tree, and it hurt like hell.Say nothing for the groceries that went flying everywhere else, like food confetti.
The poor bike was now toppled over and rested on its side, smoking and motor humming ragged before automatically shutting off. The dim emergency lights kicked on, slowly pulsing red.
The blonde woman laid face down in the grass, tasting copper and lamenting her life choices while fighting off unconsciousness with a groan. She rolled over, arm heavily following and slapping the ground as if this were just an annoying inconvenience rather than a serious, near fatal crash. Nope. Nothing seemed broken. That was good.]
Of... all the nights...
[The forest seemed eerily silent after all this, save for her sluggish movement. She blinked away blurring vision and could see the section of the tree she hit--it's indented to a point it looked like it would almost snap.
Any normal human being wouldn't have survived a crash like this.]

With a little more effort she rolled her head further back and was able to see more of the upside down bird. And she almost couldn't believe what she saw...

Woah... this bloody lady... how did she know that? Could she possibly be... the one the bird was looking for?! She started hopping around excitedly, squeaking loudly.]
