Well, they are all over the forest. You would have to obtain a trainer's license and some Poke Balls first, and with those, you can capture bug Pokemon.

[ Vanilluxe slowly peeks its head from beneath the sheets, and in response, N pats at its head. ]

Yes, a trainer's license. You can obtain one from a Pokemon professor, should they deem you capable of handling Pokemon.
