[Silently, she walked in and closed the door behind herself. It was odd, her brain told her, because it looked like Bulba anyway but still. The way he moved and acted, there was no doubt it was Marie.

Without saying anything else, she knelt down slightly, caught him in a hug, using her wings to drap around so he would be completely covered, like a comfort blanket.]

[Perfect execution, Sasha. Hiding under Sasha's wings reminded him a little bit of being in his shell. Marie took his time returning the gesture, but eventually he wrapped his arms around her.

Staying where he was, he mumbled quietly at her;]

[She's also pretty quiet for a while, just letting him hug her.]

[What's that? Please start crying, Marie? Is that what Sasha said? Well, if you insist.]

[And thus she stays quiet, just rubbing his..well Bulba's hair, while he pours himself over her shoulder. It feels a bit like they've done this before but never for something this serious. Granted Marie would probably argue that Beiver is totally just as serious but...]

[Pshht Biever was totally serious. That haircut... what was he thinking?

Marie had almost forgotten how comforting his sister could be. He'd gotten so caught up in not wanting to bother her with his dumb problems that he'd cut a part of himself off from Sasha.

Her sniffle caught him off guard, and he suddenly felt sort of guilty for his own tears. He kept his arms around her, but shrunk a little bit. He nodded meekly in reply.]

[AWW HELL YEAH THIS WAS SOME FUCKING HARDCORE HUGGING FUCKING ACTION GOING ON RIGHT NOW YOU JOROMBEES AND HOMIES. SO MUCH HUGGING ACTION THAT THE UNIVERSE ITSELF WAS LIKE WOOHA MAN SLOOOOOOOW DOWN WITH ALL THAT FUCKING HUGGING ACTIOn, BUT SASHA WENT NOO AND MARIE WAS LIKE WAH WAH WAH AND THEN MORE FUCKING HUGGING HAPPENED.

[They continued to hug for a while. She wasn't sure how long, but she would let him stop it on his terms. When he does look up, she smiles a little. For him.]

Don't worry. If there's one thing I know from this school is that everything ends up being okay.

D-Do you want me to get something for you to eat?

[It took Marie a considerable amount of time before he had emptied enough tears to want to look up at his sister again. He clumsily wiped his eyes with his shoulder and gave her an awkward smile.

He wasn't sure if he entirely agreed with the sentiment. Although Sasha probably hadn't meant it in the way Marie had interpreted it...]

As long as this doesn't last forever... I guess it'll be okay.

[And he considers her question. Admittedly, all the sobbing he'd been doing was really tiring him out... But he just shrugged. Whatever Sasha had on hand was probably spicy, and he wasn't going out for anything.]

[Yeah Sasha that was a pretty bad choice of words OH WELL.]

If not, I'll go beat up Arceus until she fixes you myself.

[Can Arceus really do that? Would Sasha be able to beat her up? No but Marie probably knows she'd try her damnest-hardest.]

I'll be back. I'm going to get you something to eat.

[She gives him a really big hug again and leaves, only to return a few minutes later with stuff she took from the cafeteria - fruits and tamarind she knows Marie loves.]

[Sasha's comment about Arceus was enough to bring a genuine- albeit somewhat sheepish- smile to Marie's face. He just nodded in reply before she left to go get whatever she was going to get. No steak-flavored ice cream or anything equally gross, he hoped.

While she was gone, Marie had migrated back to his bed. Just to sit, not to curl up and be miserable. And when Sasha returned, he accepted the food with greedy hands.]
