[Upon seeing video footage of Jon's predicament, Chiyo has been alight with panic and fear. Her first instinct after contacting him was to ask her dear sister for help.]

SIS! SIS! HELP! JON'S IN TROUBLE! AND I DON'T KNOW WHERE HE IS.

[She's almost on the brink of tears and her labored breathing makes it evident that she's running.]

[Riwane comes on screen and she seems to be in a forested area. Her expression is a bit somber, but she still offers a smile to her sister in hopes to help her relax a little.]

Hey hun... Yeah I know I... This ain't sumthin' new. It's sumthin' he has ta go through but this time it's worse... much worse.

[She sighs and offers a more understanding expression.]

I'm going to an area near him if you'd like to come help me help him?

Thanks Riwane. I'm coming now. I'll be fast. Gonna transform so I can be faster!

[Placing her phone in her mouth, she did just that and bolted off in Riwane's direction. She didn't bother taking any detours or safe paths; she simply cut straight through. If there was any chance Jon could be in danger, she didn't want to waste even a second.

After some time, Chiyo broke out into the clearing and skidded to a halt in front of Riwane. She ran faster than she ever could have imagined, so she placed her phone down to breathe easier. In between breaths, she tried to talk and eventually worked herself back into human form.]

[Pant.] Riwane.... [Pant] Any... [Pant] word on Jon?

[Riwane had been waiting patiently, now worried about both Chiyo and Jon, but once she broke through the clearing, Riwane let out a small pleased sigh and went to hug her sister.]

He's... as fine as can be considering the situation...

First things first though, did ya know 'bout his difficulties during full moons?

[Rio received Riwane's message shortly after viewing Jon's message and truthfully, he's not sure what to make of either. Nonetheless, Rio left to join up with Riwane, but didn't arrive half as quickly as Chiyo.]

I... I'm sad to say that I don't know it in full detail. Jon never spoke too greatly about it. Would you mind telling me more?

[Ah. That was their new teammate, Rio, wasn't it? Chiyo kind of wished they could've gotten acquainted at a better time than this, but, well. Life happens.]

You're... Rio, right? I'm sorry we couldn't spend more time together before now. I'm Chiyo, a vaporeon. Have you come to support Jon as well?

[Now that they were all together, it was probably the best time to explain Jon's situation. For as gloomy as the moment might seem, being all together in one place did make her very happy so that balanced out the worry some.

She looked to both and spoke once they had acquainted themselves to each other.]

Ya'll know how Jon is a werewolf rite? He can freely transform an' be all fierce an' such and still be in control so y'know he can be a huge fluffy pup still, even in that form.

[She sighed and looked up at the moon.]

Well, whenever there's a full moon like that, he tends to lose control... At least most of it. He'll transform an' stay transformed an' becomes, well... aggressive. Sometimes, dependin' on how strong that there moon is, he gets violent an' it's hard ta control it.

So seein' as this moon here has stayed full much longer n' usual... an' seems ta be strong an' gettin' stronger by the day it's safe ta say that good ol' Moonshine's havin' it rough.

But he does this, the whole runnin' away for a bit, ta protect erryone at school... especially us, family y'know?

[She looks at both and brings them in for a hug.]

But family stays together yeah? An' we won't put outselves in danger, we'll be offerin' all tha support from safe. I have been doin' this e'er since I became part of his team. Hell, even 'fore then.

[Rio raised a hand in greeting at the mention of his name.]

Yup, that'd be me. Now, don't'cha go apologizin' for somethin' like that. Important thing is that we're here ta help ol' Jonny in some...sorta...way?

[Rio looked to Riwane on clarification of the situation. Werewolves were a whole new thing for him, beyond that one side-arc on All my Pokemon, which didn't count because it turned out that that was just a cleverly disguised Machoke. None of this line of thought was actually going to help anything, he realized.]

So, um. I appreciate not jumpin' headfirst inta danger an' all, but is that to say this happens every month? And what does 'support from a safe distance'-

[He began to say, but was suddenly crushed by a hug.]

[Chiyo wanted nothing more than to be by Jon's side during his hard times, but if Riwane says it'd be best to be away at a distance, then she'll do her hardest to comply. When Riwane hugged them, she welcomed it wholeheartedly and held them as tightly as she could, as if hugging with all her might could help the situation end well and sooner. She felt so scared for Jon and useless. He'd done so much for her and yet she could only stand at the sidelines waiting.]

...Is this really all we can do for him? Just stay here?

[Riwane understood wholeheartedly. This has been something she's had to do ever since hooking up with Jon. First as friends, then partners, then lovers and it was never easy no matter how much time it had passed.

After a moment, she let them go and looked at them firmly.]

I'm afraid so hun... And not only for your sakes, but for his own as well... He tortures himself, or will do so if he finds out that he hurt us in any way...

It's happened before. [She sighed and rubbed the back of her head with an awkward, somber smile.]

I got hurt real bad one time I didn't listen, cause ya'll know I'm hella hardheaded. He didn't mean ta of course, but... sometimes it's hard to control this side a' him when it's a real powerful moon. Which is why he always distances 'imself from people when it's close ta happenin' and during it.

[Rio exhaled heavily once Riwane released them, and his shoulders sagged with the weight of her news. Of course they wouldn't be able to approach him if he was completely feral. Sometimes reasoning was not enough.]

So then, ain't nothin' we can do directly, but maybe, indirectly? I mean, are we not wonderin' or investigatin' why this moon is stayin' full so long?

[Rio looked between the two, then to Riwane for an explanation.]
