The kingdom itself was somewhat small in comparison to some others. There were a good number of noble houses and it was a lively land. [Until the Empire came with the Black Dragon. Yet Caerleon was just one part of the world. Far from it was the elven village, Niflheim. There were forests with faeries, lifeless sands and temples, oceans. Plenty to see, but I think not many were adventurers. At least not in Caerleon.
