I do NOW, sure. But I've been in this place for nearly five years. My initial time here was spent with a few, select people and just trying to navigate around being with different folks. Girls, especially, I found hard to talk to. Never could ask for help, or apologize even when I did something wrong or messed up and I got angry a lot. It's been... a long road.
