I lived in the wild for my first sixteen years, so, yeah. Apprehensive was definitely a word I'd use.

Still, coulda been worse - I actually figured out pretty quickly how badly I needed to get on board with the whole technology thing just to survive in the city. The computer was good for that. It let me talk to people without having to be right up near them and that was helpful. Wasn't real good with people at first, either. Was able to kinda ease into that.
