It's red and in the sky on christmas eve, but it's not Santa!

[That's right, what might have been a sighting of good old jolly nick was something much different. Wings could be made out from the silhouette and the flight pattern seems like it could use some polishing. Nonetheless, this large red something is headed straight to Smash! What could it be?! Of course the crashing noise that eventually followed the 'landing' might give it away to some...

With some last minute flying and gathering of her gifts, Riwane sets off to give her acquired goodies to special folk and Smashies all around.]

Char: Gets some nifty sporting shades cause she already thinks he looks badass so why not add to it?

Sasha: Gets a gift card for Riwane's favorite spicy food restaurant over in FDC.

Warren: Boss man gets assorted sweets from Kanto, she figured maybe he'd like to expand his business!

Chili: Finds a small statuette of an Infernape that is holding an actual Fire Stone with a note "Keep the fire going!"

Teachers: All her teachers get little goody bags from her farm, fruits and candies made by her previous owner's gran.

Her Roomie: Gets a small indoor garden with assorted flowers from Kanto and a few sweets.

Anyone who has been close to her: Gets a little souvenir from Mt. Silver  in the form of a small figurine of the Elite Four! (Sorry she didn't get to beat the 4 but some other time!)

Jon: Gets a set of Pokemon books, a new training uniform, a necklace with a tag for each badge he's gotten done in an intricate style of metal work, and a new starter smartphone with super easy to follow instructions that even kids can use it! (It's also very durable and can be attached to anything for those long full moons away...)

So yes! Riwane's officially back and made her way into her room, hopefully not disturbing the roomie.

[ Hello! And guess who was there to see Riwane's totally awesome landing onto the school grounds? THIS little Mareep. She's never seen a Charizard before, but when she sees Riwane--- wooow. So big, and big wings too!

Don't mind the two foot tall Mareep hanging around near you, not knowing if she should get closer or not. She's easy enough to spot, not totally blending in with the snow with her cream wool. ]

[Whoops, she saw that? Maybe she didn't see it! Maybe there was... too much happening to her to have noticed the total fail! Maybe she was hoping for too much here...

The Charizard looked around awkwardly before giving a small wave in the Mareep's direction.]

[ That seemed to be a friendly enough response to make the Mareep come over, and so she did! Hopping through the snow to come up. ]

Hiiii! Are you okaaay? You flew iiinnn from really hiiigh!

[The Charizards cheeks flushed and she smiled a bit embarrassed before laughing.]

Ah, yeah, Ah'm alrite. If anythin' only thing broke is my pride haha. Nothin' that won't be fixed in a yiffy though.

Guess proper introductions are in order though! Name's Riwane, jus' got back from a trip through Kanto.

Kaaanto? I know Kanto! Thaaat's near Johtoo, riiiight? I saw it, on a maaap. [ Though she doesn't really know much other than that. ]

And yup! Near Johto, Ah went ta challenge a few gyms with mah partner and ta visit my old trainer's folks back at tha farm.

Did ya arrive ta tha Academy recently? Can't recall seein' ya 'fore, but then again Ah've been travelin' fer a while.

Aw, that's nice 'a him. Ah bet he's a great trainer an' friend!

Mah partner's this tall, gruff feller by tha name of Jon Talbain.

Jooon? [ Oh, oh, was it? ] Does he haave long haaair? That's white all oveeer? And he likes to stay ouuut late?

[He of course, spots her in the sky and walks off to find her wherever she manages to land.]

[Riwane sighed and shrugged.]

This is gonna be a lot tougher than I had originally thought...

Oi, don't worry too much. You'll get the hang of it. Eventually ittle be as easy as walkin' or anything else. Just need to work on those wing muscles.

[He reached over and patted her on the shoulder, able to stand eye to eye with her now.]

Your species is made to fly, but everything takes time to master, eh?

[Riwane quickly shifted and sighed, standing much taller than she was before even in human form.]

Yeah? Ah hope so....

Ah should have...

[She shook her head, water undah the bridge Riwane... no going back now.]

Nevermind.

It feels nice ta be back though.

[He gave her a short, stiff hug by way of consolation. He knew what she was going to say and didn't feel like having that conversation. They both knew, and it was a hard truth for either of them to face. He felt like he failed her immeasureably as a trainer by allowing her to go too far too fast and it wasn't a failing he liked to admit out loud. He'd prefer to beat himself over the head with it silently, thankyouverymuch.]

Does it? That's good. How was everything at the farm? Your Fam' have a good spread on?

Ah don' know, you tell me? Ya kinda left before they really got ta know ya but Ah understand considerin' tha time frame an' all... It was nice bein' there though.

[He'd been torn between wanting to stay longer for her sake and wanting to leave the extremely socially confining family setting. But he'd at least had the excuse of classes starting.]

She did sent some nice noms for you, said ya gotta keep lookin' fine fer tha special lady.

[ AND THEN LATER ON, GUESS WHO IT WAS AGAIN.

Maisy hadn't forgotten what she had said to Riwane about going to see her again. She tried to give her lots of time - a Pokemon like Riwane, she must have lots of friends! So she waited until somewhere after lunch but not too soon before dinner, and set for looking her new friend's room.

It wasn't often that Maisy went on the girl side of the dorms. She had accidentally done so once and gotten lost for it, being helped by a friendly person thankfully, so it wasn't too strange for her. And hey, she was getting the hang of reading what made the doors different from each other! Numbers. And Riwane's number was 4!

So, at around maybe four o'clock, Maisy had found herself a door with that number on it and outside it. She wasn't exactly sure if it was the right room, and it made her feel a tad nervous... but if she had the wrong room, she could apologise and try again. Easy as that.

With a small bundle by her side tied up tightly with string, Maisy was maybe an odd sight outside that door - but nonetheless, she was nothing but happy when she called out: ]

Reeewaaynne! Are youuu iiinsiiide? It's Maaaaisy!

[It took a bit for Riwane to answer, but luckily for Maisy, it wasn't because of incredibly loud music! Or she would have never heard the poor dear! She was simply finishing some late-as-hell homework she had to make up because of her trip to Kanto.

When she did open the door, Riwane smiled happily down at the Mareep.]

Hey there Maisy! Nice seein' ya again! Come on in!

Hiiiii!

[ A cheery greeting for Riwane as soon as she opened the door. With the invitation given, Maisy picks up her little parcel into her mouth and walks into the room.

One thing she liked to do was look to see what kind of things there were in the room. Most of them looked the same - but there were always little things that made them different! Personal things that could be seen without nosing too closely. As she looked from her spot, around in the middle of the room, Maisy spoke muffled by the parcel still in her mouth. ]

Ifvh god bishcuids tooh wid thhh heiiriies.

[Looking around Riwane's side of the room would make it pretty clear that it was hers. Lots of flame or water themed decorations were in the area. Posters, figures, books, covers, blankets, you name it. Another clear theme that could be seen was music, of the more modern kind. If it was loud and danceable, she probably had it. While she had moved onto MP3 players, there were still a lot of CD's around which she used with the few CD players she still had.

In fact... she had quite a bit of MP3 players and CD players around, all different colors and designs along with many different headphones of all types and colors. It seemed that it wasn't just entertainment for her, it was a fashion accessory.

Riwane giggled a little and closed the door behind them, moving over to sit at her desks chair and swivel it around to face Maisy.]

You can go ahead an' place it wherever, an' take a seat or hang where ya please! Yer more n' welcome to my home as if you where in yours!

[ it was a lot more stuff than Maisy saw with Gold. Well, he had things - odds bit and pieces, things to make more things with. But the feel of the room was apparent, and the Mareep took time in looking at those posters on the walls and trying to see what the figures were.

Definitely a lot, lot to look at, more than a single look around would do! But for now, the looking would have to wait. Maisy look around the floor for a place to pick, but decided first to take her package over and plop it down by Riwane's feet. ]

You can haaave iiiit.

[ And then she moved back a bit, finding a spot on the floor to sit herself down. Bottom down, little front legs kinda hanging there - it was a funny sight for some. ]

You have lots of stuuuuff! Your hooouse is preeetty.

[ Maisy had never heard of the rooms being called a house, but since Riwane had called it that - well, Maisy would too.

And if Riwane were to open up the package at all, she would find what was spoken about before - berries, and quite a collection. A rage candybar or two as well, and also some blackberry thumbprints. Some of the berries might've gotten stuck to those though. Whoops. ]

[Riwane smiled fondly as the cute little Mareep poke around the place. She had to admit, the gal was pretty adorable with all her fluffiness and curiosity! Made her want to hug her! But for now Riwane just looked and maybe explained what a few things were whenever she looked interested.

After the Mareep decided to take a seat, Riwane sat alongside and started opening up the package.]

Yeah, Ah like it. Ah did mah best ta make it feel like home since this place is my home now yanno? It feels real good an' all ta be back here.

Aw shucks! Thanks! These all look tasty!

[Riwane smiled at the contents and picked out one of the berries before popping it in her mouth and making a satisfied sound.]

[ And all the explanations were appreciated! Figures, posters -- well, maybe Gold has a poster i don't know. And as Riwane tasted the berries and made the sound, well, that made the little bulb on the end of her tail glow as she began wiggling around a bit. ]

They areeee! Lots of peeeoople let me haaaave them. The biscuuits are... Bluuueeberrrry thumbpriiints!

[ Because they were certainly new things to her, so maybe Riwane didn't know about them either? ]

That's wut they're called huh? Neat! They're pretty tasty too! [Riwane replied as she took a few bites and nodded with a satisfied smile.]

Newest addition to mah room came from mah partner, Jon. [She points at the large and nifty aquarium that was set up next to her bed.]

Surprised me real good that it did. Ah jus' love water an' marine life!
