Right, exactly! Going from water to cycle to track, seems to be a lot like this... just without the long-term endurance factor. However, I can still think of a few people I've met whose lives could've been vastly improved by a 30-minute workout every day.

[By "improved" he actually means "lengthened." But these are just semantics.]

So what's your routine? Now I'm curious.

["How many push-ups can an echidna do in 30-minutes" sounds like the topic of either a deranged biologist's thesis or an incredibly bizarre joke. This isn't lost on him.]
