[Hello! There's a new face on the network and she seems both excited and timid and is tapping away at keys before looking up at the camera then down again and finally up one more time.]

H-hello there, I'm sure you all figure, but I'm new here a your Academy and am happy to say I'm excited to both learn alongside you as a student, and hopefully teach you some things as a teacher as well! I'll be teaching a branch of engineering while attending school and learning about this world!

[She pauses for a second before her face reddens and she offers an awkward bow of her head.] Guess I got ahead of myself, f-forgot to introduce myself.

I'm Ronnae, Ronnae 'Mash Belore Ryllos. I come from Azeroth and I hope you'll have me here and that i can prove to be an asset as well.

"Yeah, I bet," Daisy replied, crossing her arms behind her head as they walked. She figured from the green skin that she wasn't completely human to begin with, but she wasn't about to make assumptions. "So you're a warrior and a mechanic?"

Ronnae smiled sheepishly as she walked and nodded, "Yup yup! I also do mining and smelting too. Kind of have to if I want to gather my own materials for my stuff."

"Wow, you're a jack of all trades? Er, jill of all trades I guess!" Daisy said. "I play a lot of sports, myself. You name it, I've dabbled in it!"

"Really? What kind of sports do they play here?" she wondered. Azeroth had its fair share of sports, but mostly involved competitions, or arenas, or wargames and the like.

"Well, I've played football, soccer, baseball, golf, volleyball, tennis, basketball, and I've played in some olympic sports too!" Daisy explained eagerly. "Oh, and I've done kart racing too!"

"All of those sound fun!" It was so wierd that a few of those she recognized from something similar back home.

"Maybe I could try some of those later on."

"Why not?" she asked. "It's a great chance to do it, now that you're here!"

"I guess you're right," Ronnae chuckled timidly as they reached the chop shop doors. Deftly holding the bike on one hand, she rummaged through her hoodie and procured the staff keys and opened the door. Offering Daisy the entry, she soon followed and set the bike down in the work area.

"Alright! Let's get this baby rolling." she voiced happily.

"Awesome!" Daisy exclaimed, hopping up to sit on an unused work bench to watch curiously. "So where do you start with something like this?" she asked, eager to see a master at work.

"Where do I start?" she looked back and grinned. "By taking it all apart! It's the best way to not only spot exactly what the problem is, but you can preemptively spot things that may cause future problems and you can improve them ahead of time."

Excited as she looked, she still wanted to make sure everything was okay. "I mean, if that's okay with you."

That sounded very extreme, but Ronnae was the expert. "It's okay with me, as long as you know how to put it back together again!" she replied.

"Of course," Ronnae looked back and winked. After all, now she was in her comfort zone and it didn't take long before she was expertly taking things apart, component by component with a big smile on her face.

Daisy winced a bit, but calmed herself by reminding herself that this was only the beginning of the process. Ronnae would find the problem, and put it back together again.

That didn't stop her from gripping the edge of the bench she sat on and watching the process anxiously.

If Ronnae had noticed any discomfort coming from Daisy, she definitely wasn't showing it. In fact, she was so into her current project that it's be a wonder if she still realized Daisy was there!

No, her entire focus was on the bike and she was going to town on it. Soon enough, the bike had been complete dismantled and with a sound of glee, the half orc went right back to work with impossibly double the enthusiasm. It was almost baffling just how fast and skillfully she was back at work. Part by part began taking shape over the hours that slowly passed and even to an untrained eye you could tell she was making improvements to the vehicle as she went along! Every now and then making some sort of noise from a light grunt to an excited chirp.

Daisy watched anxiously, legs kicking off the table, trying to make sense of what was happening. She wasn't a mechanic. She didn't understand exactly what Ronnae was doing.

"This is pretty intense," she said, watching intently as the time rolled on.

Wiping her brow with the sleeve of her hoodie, Ronnae finally looked up and grinned. "It is, isn't it? I love it!" she did look much more at ease than she normally would.

"I'm almost done. An hour more, tops. Gotta make sure I refresh the oil, put in some gas and give it a quick polish and you're good to go!" And right back to work.

Daisy looked relieved at the news, and nodded eagerly. "I can't wait to her it purring like a kitten again! If this works, I owe you big time!"

Ronnae's long ears twitched a little. She paused for a second but continued and without looking up simply said. "It'll work."

She didn't speak again unless Daisy directed at her. The bike however looked done soon enough. She was just in the process of polishing, refueling and adding the oil to it.

Her comment wasn't to express a lack of confidence, just a general expression. If she noticed Ronnae looking upset, she didn't say so.

"It looks better than new," she commented, hopping down off of the workbench.

Wiping off her hands, Ronnae gave it a once over before smiling and giving her a thumbs up.

"Doesn't just look it. It is. Made improvements here and there, you'll notice less torque but more speed for a smoother ride. The plating is reinforced so it'll definitely be more durable should you find yourself in another wave of bikers. And the gas milege got improved." she explained everything with a very proud expression.

"Amazing!" Daisy exclaimed. "Let's wheel it outside, I've gotta try this out like right now!"

Ronnae smiled and nodded. "Sure! I'd love to hear what you think of it."

So she moved outside, opening the gate so that Daisy can roll out the bike. She'd lead to an empty lot in the parking so that Daisy could try it out.

Daisy hopped onto the bike in the parking lot, and revved up the engine. "Wow, that feels like it's got some kick," she commented as she felt the engine hum under her. She released the kickstand, and took off, riding down the parking lot. It was a faster ride than before, with better acceleration. She didn't expect that, and it took a quick hard brake and swerve to avoid hitting something. "Whoa! That is awesome!" she said excitedly. "Let's see what this baby can really do!"

Now knowing what to expect, Daisy took off like a shot, racing past Ronnae down the road. She swerved left and right, drifting into sharp turns, grinning wildly all the way.

Ronnae watched on with a very pleased expression, proud of her work and thoroughly enjoying Daisy's reaction. It was interesting to note that she was pretty surprised with how well she handled the bike, she was definitely an experienced rider for sure.

Now that much became even more apparent when she really let loose, which made Ronnae even more happy to see her go at it with no inhibitions!

"Whoa! You go girl!"

Daisy decided to show off a bit for her mechanic, pulling a wheelie down the road, power sliding around curves, and finally returning to the parking lot with a skidding brake. She confidently dismounted, grinning ear to ear.

"Yeah... This kicks ass," she nodded.
