"Well..." He knew it was gonna sound nuts, but Joel was used to nuts by now. Them even speaking of 'different worlds' indicated that enough. He followed alongside. "I woke up back home, to Japan, in Hope's Peak. 'Cept it was way different than I last remembered. We weren't locked in, for one thing. And for another, it was a lot more carefree. It was a normal high school, where we were learning normal things." He frowned. "But... I think I was sent back at a time my amnesia left me in the dark on, 'cause everyone thought I knew stuff I didn't when I was s'posed to. They all shared memories I didn't have, my classmates."
