As the head of the Disciplinary Committee, the entire campus is under my jurisdiction! And as a teacher, you should be setting a good example for your students! Bike or take a bus! It's less expensive and better for the environment!
The school parking lot still counts as part of the school. To say I should ignore that is also to say I should allow rule breaking anywhere that is not specifically a hallway!

It's dated as having been published nearly twenty years ago... But it's the most recent edition of the school rules in the library!!
