This summer break is nonsense. I'll be teaching Swords and Knives class this summer. [ official or not, it's hard to tell. ] No grades, no tests, just real training. If you plan on coming, prepare to learn. If you want to slack off, get out.

There was only supposed to be one Princess. I got kind of lost on the way to the castle, though. So I'm going to stay here until I can learn more so I can help her better.

Depends on what you call fun.

Fun things are fun. Games, running, swimming, climbing trees... fun things.

Getting around without a compass. Fighting with blades. Those are fun.

Sometimes they are. Unless you have to hurt someone.

In battle, it's hurt or be hurt, kill or be killed. If you have a blade, be prepared to use it.

I will. It just isn't fun if someone ends up hurt or dead.

Good. If you don't feel bad slicing up a dummy, then I'll teach you how to use that blade.

That said, I agree with your conclusion that the concept of "summer break" is a farse, going against the very idea of an education.
